WHAT TO EXPECT: LA I am so excited to spoil you with a Sensual 2hr Beginner and 2hr Int/Adv Heels Workshops. These Workshops are all about POURING into YOU… a night dedicated to giving yourself all the self love and self care that you more than deserve. I want you to feel supported & encouraged to explore your sensuality, whatever that means to YOU, all while being provided with personalized feedback that will strengthen your technique, your lines, and your overall confidence in a heel. You will be guided towards embodying exactly what you want to keep and encouraged to release what is holding you back. Sensual Heeling is a welcoming and supportive heels experience that embodies everything that is YOU!

  • Firstly come dressed in an outfit that makes YOU feel Sensual… whatever that looks & feels like for you.

  • This 2hr Beginner and 2hr Int/Adv Heels workshop will begin with a 15 min Warm Up & Conditioning 

  • Followed by 1.15hr of Sensual Choreography 

  • Ending the workshop with 30 min of groups & filming to celebrate YOU and your femininity

  • My ultimate goal is for you to feel supported and encouraged to EMBODY everything that is SENSUALLY YOU, and leave the workshop feeling more aligned with your mind, body and soul.
